US Senate Majority Leader John Thune said that resuming trade negotiations with China could determine whether US farmers will be able to regain access to China's key export market.
In an interview with CNN, Thune expressed his hope that farmers will regain access to the Chinese market as these trade talks begin.

Thune also explained that he is closely monitoring the $20 billion bailout package announced by US President Donald Trump for Argentina, adding that he is closely following the developments of the plan
